If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or another issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will notify you. Any payment collected for an order or item we cannot supply will be refunded.

We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, or other unexpected circumstances. If we cannot ship within the timeframe communicated to you, we will notify you and provide an appropriate option to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you need to make a correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a package is missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer free returns and full refunds for return requests made within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

KELYMO covers return shipping costs and does not charge handling or restocking fees. The 30-day window applies to when you request the return, rather than when the returned package reaches us.

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

For full-order returns, any original standard shipping charge paid will also be refunded. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be addressed through an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

If we can cancel your order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, you may use our free 30-day return process after delivery.

This does not affect any additional cancellation rights available under applicable law.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers apply according to the conditions communicated with each offer. Any eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, or restrictions on combining discounts will be disclosed before purchase.

Changes to a promotion will not remove a discount already applied to a confirmed order.
